A Rhone blend of aristocratic varieties, The Viognier was hand-harvested on October 6 and the Roussanne on October 9. This complex and enticing wine has the kiwi and guava aromas of Roussanne merging with the orange blossom and golden raisan aromas of Viognier. An excellent, dry wine with fish, shellfish, and poultry, or serve as you would aperitif. Serve chilled.
