At Kinkead Ridge, they produce limited quantities of hand-crafted wines which reflect their unwavering commitment to quality. Their estate wines express the unique character of their ridgetop site and ancient limestone soils.
Hand-harvested on September 27th, apple, rose petal and honeysuckle notes precede a flinty finish. This racy wine's floral front palate and sweetness balance its crisp acidity. The grapes were cold-fermented to preserve aromatic components. Serve chilled with cold meats, fresh salads, light cheese, poultry, veal and Asian cuisine.
